"I have spent 10+ years in banking industry. During that time, I was responsible for individual and departmental filing systems. When my mother was widowed at 58, I added another responsibility to my 40+ hour work weeks … my mom's financial, legal and medical helpmate! During that eleven-year period, the dual roles created stress and frustration. But, it also made me realize that there was a need for a "paid professional" to provide assistance for people such as myself. I have chosen to be that "paid professional" for anyone in need of monetary and paperwork assistance."
